Ideal for a couple's getaway

We had a lovely experience at the hotel, the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was amazing, probably the best sausage I’ve ever had. One evening, despite the kitchen closing early, the manager made sure my partner got a meal, which was really thoughtful.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable for the level of service we received.

Charming location near Oakham's center. Enjoyed delicious shortbread biscuits in the lounge, which added a nice touch. The executive double room had a few minor upkeep issues, but overall, it was a pleasant place to relax after exploring the area.

The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful, especially when I needed directions around town. I also loved the cozy terrace area where I could unwind with a drink and some of the fantastic artwork decorating the walls, it really added character.

Just wrapped up a 2-night stay and loved it. Super friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Our room was comfy and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! The bar area was cozy too. Only wish there was more parking available, but we managed. a lovely experience.
